Madele Womenswear – RETURNS POLICY
DELIVERY AND RETURNS
We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail special delivery and international orders are shipped by UPS. You will need to sign for your purchase, so it is important to use a delivery address where you will be available to sign, or somebody you trust can sign for it. Please also note that outside the EU, any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery charges are as follows:
- Standard UK delivery (2-3 days) £4.50
- Next day UK delivery (received before 3pm) £8
- EU delivery (2-5 days) £15
Madele Womenswear has a no quibble returns policy, if unsuitable items are returned to us within 14 days of delivery date (we understand if this takes a while longer for international orders). We recommend you keep the proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit without it.
The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit your credit card.
